Precautions taken: Clear surrounding area as much as possible before filming and take caution whilst filming
Risk: filming at top of stairs
Who may be harmed/how: director - fall and injure self
Precautions taken: make sure area is clear of any obstacles and take caution when filming from top of the stairs.
Results: no injuries - precautions worked well.
