Precautions taken: Wear shoes with more grip and take extra care when walking around area
Risk: Overgrown/uneven ground
Who may be harmed/how: Actor / director - slip/fall and injure self
Precautions taken: Wear shoes with more grip and take extra care when walking around area
Risk: Cold
Who may be harmed/how: actor - may get too cold (develop temperature relates illness)
Precautions taken: When not filming, actor will wear more clothes (coat and hat)
Risk: steep drop to one side of the set
Who may be harmed/how: Actor / director - slip/fall and injure self
Precautions taken: Wear shoes with more grip and take extra care when walking around area - stay as far away from the drop as possible whilst filming
Results: No injuries - precautions worked well.
